The Engineer is responsible for initiation, organization and review of all necessary (periodic) validation/calibration activities, monitoring and maintenance of Engineering equipment and systems.

Knowledge/Experience
-knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and thorough knowledge of local legislation;
-understands distribution practices and document requirements;
-understands warehouse operations;
-good communication and interpersonal skills;
-good computer skills;
-good English skills.


Responsibilities\Functions

•Coordination of service maintenance of the following equipment and systems:
•Cold-chain equipment at IMP Logistics pharmaceutical warehouses
•Climatic equipment at IMP Logistics pharmaceutical warehouses and offices
•Temperature monitoring systems at IMP Logistics pharmaceutical warehouses
•Coordination of service maintenance of IMP Logistics cargo vehicles with isothermal body
•Performing validation of IMP Logistics cold-chain equipment, temperature monitoring systems and cargo vehicles with isothermal body in accordance with validation procedures and work instructions
•Performing calibration of measurement instrumentation (temperature and humidity sensors, scales, etc.) as described in Validation documentation or by using qualified supplier
•Tracking information about validation and calibration of the equipment and systems in inventory system
•Monitoring temperature and humidity conditions in temperature-controlled storage areas at IMP Logistics pharmaceutical warehouses
•Monitoring and reporting quality issues regarding GxP equipment and systems
•Active membership in IMP Logistics Disaster Recovery Group
•Support to Corporate IT department acting as “remote hands” when requested
•Active participation in office expansion / relocation projects
•Contribution to continuous process improvement in his\her area of responsibility
