— Preparing professional responses to medical inquiries from patients and business partners
— Managing the team, including task allocation, performance monitoring, resolution of operational issues, and improvement of internal workflows
— Developing and implementing standard operating procedures, templates, and knowledge bases to standardize inquiry processing and reduce reliance on manual management
— Developing growth strategies for international medical tourism and patient support projects
— Managing and developing social media channels for healthcare projects, including the preparation of expert content, short-form video scripts, and informational materials
— Building and maintaining partnerships with international hospitals and healthcare organizations
