We are working in E Commerce field and develop solutions for Content

integration and transformation .

We need a sociable person who able to find a common language with any

customer (even on C level) and answer questions .

Our expectations from you:

  • Written and oral English (no lower than B2)
  • Strong technical background (XML, JS/JSON, CSV,HTML)

Basic knowledge of web services (REST interfaces)

  • Strong desire to develop and learn
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Ability to quickly and clearly document incidents

An advantage

  • Work experience/knowledge in e -commerce
  • Experience in software development

  • Investigation, reproducing and manage customer requests
  • Consulting and answering customer questions regarding service and platform
  • Primary issue investigations
  • Creating and managing customer requests via Jira Service Desk
  • Improvement customer service procedures, policies, and standards
