HealthJoy Customer support team is growing rapidly so we’re looking for active and fast-learning people who dream to work in friendly environment and help people day-to-day.

HealthJoy is a U.S. based company which combines technology and customer service to help Americans make better healthcare decisions, while saving time and money.

HealthJoy is an easy-to-use app that reduces healthcare costs and increases user satisfaction. Our virtual assistant, on-demand doctors, and Concierge provide personalized support to each member. HealthJoy helps to centralize a company’s benefits and makes healthcare easier to navigate.

Customer service is provided by HealthCare Concierges to members by chat and phone at the cozy office conveniently located in Dnipro downtown.

Will be a plus

  • Working experience in customer support area
  • Basic knowledge in psychology or social sciences

  • Processing customer requests via chat and phone support using our internal ticketing system and bundled software
