Detail presentation:
Functional group : pump for open cycle
During installation is necessary check termination of cables on the both end of pump. Important is to know as well rotation for pump resp. of phasing to be check. From mechanical point of view has pump has to be adjusted (positioned) and calibrated. After checking, calibrating and testing of all necessary protection measuring like temperature of winding, oil and bearings pump will run first without coupling with impeller only for motor. After some time (normal is 1-2 hours) pump is stopped and coupling is connected and after starting ones again with impeller during this testing vibrations are measured.
Before of this action all measurement like flow meters, pressure
sensors, temperature sensors has to be check, adjusted and calibrated.
Pressure with Druck tester tested.
Temperature sensor in depend which type If Pt100 crosscheck with
resistance has to be done.
