I serve foremost as Product owner and a Single point of access&control for UA project, and I am in charge of all E-commerce activities and project management in Ukraine, e.g.:
1) UA webshop management, including all back-end software Tools&Products, and all IT, programming, content etc tasks; order and logistics management; call-center/ processing center supervision
2) Single point of access&control in UA project management at the crossroads of all departments: Marketing, Product Information Management, Pricing Team, Front Offices & Processing Center, IT programming, IT support, Accounting, Logistics, Backoffices
3) Marketing: Strategy and Plan of activities, SEO/ SEA/ PPC management, Social media marketing supervising, Remarketing and Customer profiling management;
also incl. negotiating Executives of Google UA, and choosing a provider among SEO/ SEA Agencies, that granted me a thorough understanding of Online marketing services/ providers in UA and East Europe.
4) Cross-border Ecommerce: for own import all customs and logistics activities supervision.
5) Procurement, and Suppliers management; all activities, incl. IT synchronization,
and also negotiating local UA suppliers as well as Big regional (Europe, Middle-East, Asia) suppliers
6) UA Business plan composing and direct reporting to company's CEO; all budgets management.

Highly loaded and multi-tasking environment in #1 in its sector European E-commerce company.

As Country Manager/ Office Head, I've helped us growing from one guy with a laptop to almost 20 guys on over 100 sq m/ 3-4 separate tasks teams (including Java, Php, QA and Marketing/ SEO/ designers/ Newsletter/ link-builders) and supporting atmosphere and motivation to do their job on the peak. 1) search, interviewing, recruiting developers from juniors to seniors (java, php, perl)
