•Development, optimization, organization, administration and control of all back-office insurance processes: high-quality client service process (policy administration) to ensure sales-force and clients’ satisfaction; risk assessment and further reinsurance process to minimize insurance risks and establish the balanced clients portfolio; claims handling and reinsurer approval process to ensure the proper claims investigation and adequate claims payments; process of sales analysis & commission/bonuses calculation for sales departments employees and partners
•New insurance products (upgrades) development and implementation
•New insurance conditions (upgrades) development, approval with the state authorities & implementation
