In the product, which is a platform for clinical trials management (AWS-based), I'm responsible for the issue management module. The Agile approach is applied. My main activities are:
• working with business partners, POs, SMEs and delivery teams to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs;
• tracking open question and ensuring that they are answered in a timely fashion to meet delivery deadlines;
• creating Backlog artifacts, such as user stories (BDD-style), flow diagrams (UML, BPMN), using SDLC tool is Spira;
• collaboration with UX/UI designers to build clickable prototypes for the proposed solutions. Use them for the POs review and approval. And, later, for developers and QAs, for the accurate implementation and testing;
• ensuring that the delivered solution meets the requirements through the verifications of the features;
• working closely with the team of technical writers to ensure that the release documentation is reliable and up to date;
• regular (daily/weekly based) reporting to stakeholders to keep high level of visibility of the features progress.

As a BA function (1st year), I was managing the product backlog (JIRA). The Agile approach was applied. My tasks were to define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements in fast developing startup in e-commerce area. I was working in dynamic environment of the fast-developed product team, in close cooperation with development, sales, support, marketing teams and founders. I participated in most of stages of SDLC, starting from business idea, requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation. I actively worked on the design of the solutions and functions till their deployment on production. I have performed quality assurance. I also developed relationships with partners, worked with them to optimize and enhance integration (SaaS, ESP).
As a HoD function (last 6 months), I managed a team of 8 professionals in development and QA. Previous responsibilities of BA stayed with me as well. During this period, we’ve migrated entire product to .NET Core framework. Integrated service with CMS BigCommerce and Shopify. And successfully presented service on the Producthunt (won 2nd place of top 3 products of the day).
