Hello, we are M2E Pro — a dynamically growing IT product company developing our own eCommerce solutions. Our project gained a wide recognition of the users from around the world and received numerous awards, including the title of «Product of the Year» at the eCommerce Expo UK.

We are looking for a talented person to hold a position of Support manager with the skills of document writing.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support for the users
  • Creating and supporting user documentation for software application (User Documentation, Manuals, User Guides, etc)

Requirements:

  • excellent spoken and written English
  • analytical skills, to evaluate the information and decompose high-level information into details
  • a challenging and inquiring mind
  • attention to detail and tenacity
  • quick logical thinking
  • proofing and editing skills

It might be an advantage if you have:

  • experience as a technical writer or similar (PM, QA, support)
  • experience in eCommerce (Magento/eBay/Amazon) area
  • experience in the software development
  • knowledge of Confluence and Jira
