Business Change Manager for Oracle Fusion implementation

We open share services company in Lviv to operate in Eurasia market, which deals with 8 countries that are diverse and distinctive, in terms of our customers' needs and priorities.

Currently we are looking for the high potential and experienced Business Change Manager for Oracle Fusion implementation.

Role & responsibilities:

o Prepares VimpelCom’s organization for the upcoming changes with the help and support from the Global Process owner, E2E-architects, the implementation partner and the local communication team of the Operation companies

o Understands the existing landscape, the change challenges and the cultural implications

o Leads the BCM project

o Develops and implement the change management strategy and plan

o Involves stakeholders and employees in the change process

o Develops a communication strategy for the program

o Communicates the objectives, plan, current status and timeline to the program

o Recognizes and builds the required skills and knowledge for the new processes and the new software solution

o Manages knowledge transfer to project teams

o Designs a training concept, executes the training and monitors the training progress

o Reports to Program Management

Required Skills:

o Good experience in the area of organizational change management and in transformational change management

o Telco specific industry knowledge

o Program management skills

o Good communication skills

o Experience in large international ERP implementation projects

o Understanding of Finance, HR, Procurement, SCM processes

o Basic understanding in Oracle Fusion

o Understanding of ERP systems in general

o Language Proficiency — English; Must — Russian/ Ukranian;additional Advantage
