TeeJet Technologies is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand our business in Ukraine. TeeJet Technologies is a worldwide market leader in the development and manufacturing of electronics, GPS Guidance and components used with agricultural crop protection and fertilizer application equipment.

Job Description:

The Regional Sales Associate will be responsible for customer relations, developing new business and new opportunities; identifying, building, and developing long-term relationships with key OEM’s and distributors involved the manufacturing and sale of agricultural application equipment. Responsibilities will include planning and implementing sales and marketing plans; developing customer relationships; customer service during and after the sale; and successfully reaching sales revenue targets.

The open position will be based out of home office in Kyiv to start with and will cover a designated territory of Ukraine. It is a long-term goal of the company to establish an office in Ukraine and therefore Regional Sales Manager has a unique possibility to be part of this exciting process. This position will be linked to our office in Poznan, Poland, and will require a close collaboration with your colleagues there. The position requires a strong technical aptitude and great people skills.

The Sales Manager will report to Business Development Manager.


  • Development of new customer accounts — both OEM and aftermarket.
  • Development of existing OEM and Distributor relationships in order to bring those relationships onto a new level, thus contributing to overall company profitability and long-term sales objectives.
  • Development and execution of go-to-market plans.
  • Participation in industry tradeshows as well as customer and product seminars.
  • Participating in designing marketing programs targeted at the needs of Ukrainian market.
  • Identify, build, and develop long-term relationships with key influencers that shape the agricultural application equipment markets in Ukraine.
  • Assistance with equipment installation and trouble-shooting, assistance with after-sales support by utilizing available corporate resources. This includes after sales customer support and repairs.
  • Traveling with corporate personnel to address particular problems or opportunities.Forecasting and planning.
  • Maintaining awareness of competitive products and activities. Communicating to the rest of the organization on important market trends in Ukraine.
  • Assisting in the development of specific communications and training programs for our customers in Ukraine.
  • Maintaining a professional company image at all times.


  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven self-starter with a high energy level.
  • A strong mechanical and educational aptitude to become the customers' source of knowledge regarding the application and operation of all TeeJet products.
  • University Bachelor degree in Engineering, Agriculture or related field is required.
  • Ability to present technical and sales presentations to large audiences.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills in Ukrainian and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. You need to be able to demonstrate strong ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work in a large corporate environment.
  • Willing to travel 50% to 70% of time.
  • Previous experience in Agriculture would be an advantage but is not a requirement.
  • Ability to freely travel internationally.
  • Personal car and a driving license. Use of private car for business purposes will be compensated separately of the salary.

You are a passionate person who has ability to share this passion with people you work with. You radiate confidence and people enjoy spending time with you. You enjoy working independently but are a great team player and can find common ground with many various personality types and cultures. You are good in creating rapport with people and finding commonalities instead of focusing on differences. You are service minded, and you like to help others and share your knowledge. You are an open person and a great listener who is able to have a qualified dialogue with the customer and identify customer needs before thinking of the solution. You can demonstrate a strong record of achieving sales results in your previous positions. You prefer an atmosphere that is informal and relaxed, but at the same time, you are also extremely dedicated to resolving customer issues. You are decisive and thorough, making sure all the details are in place, but at the same time able to see the larger context. You have a strong ability to plan and execute.

The position will require both domestic and international travel and includes travel to United States, Denmark, and other European countries.

Salary would be negotiated based on the qualifications of the candidate. The interviews will take place in Kyiv in English during October 23−27. The invited candidates will be contacted directly.
