To manage and develop sales and brand exposure through a group of partners and clients in a given geographical region for a given portfolio of products. In other words, to be a link between Huawei and Partners.


  • Management and expanding distribution in the given geographical region, especially regional chains;
  • Identify potentially prosperous partners and build loyalty with them;
  • Planning and achieving sales targets and objectives (sell in/out, stock etc.);
  • Supporting co-marketing activities with partners in the given region;
  • Supervising and evaluating field force team in the given region;
  • Improve visibility in point of sales (merchandising, share of shelves, placement);
  • Market analysis and competitors monitoring;
  • Control regional partners' PSI, purchases and payments;
  • Enhance Huawei brand marketing exposure in regions.
  • Excel and PowerPoint middle user (including work with consolidated tables)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, but good with compliance
  • High level of responsibility for the result, systematic approach to work
  • Taste for challenges and ready to travel in the given region
  • Experienced driver with license. Own car is advantage.

Required experience and skills:

• Higher education

• Sales/supervising experience 2 Years+

• Good management, leadership, negotiation and communication skills

• Intermediate English
