bodo recruiting team is seeking for a talented, customer-focused recruiter to join our organization in support of our growing business. At bodo we’re working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To get there we need exceptionally bright and driven people.

We need an exceptionally skillful recruiter to help us find the best talent to support our growth. The recruiter will have full life cycle recruiting responsibilities and the candidates will need to demonstrate excellent research and hunting skills via internet, phone and traditional channels. Candidates will have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation and assessment, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, a demonstrated bias for action and share our candidate obsession.

Position goal: hire and retain the best talent and drive better business results

Key responsibilities:

  • partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations;
  • fill complicated positions, screen interview candidates within the framework of the position specifications and prepare a perfect candidate within an appropriate and consistent timeline;
  • build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management;
  • communicate with the hiring manager, interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process and exchange information with all levels of management;
  • develop innovative recruiting approaches and initiatives related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company;
  • implement new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits bodo strategic mission to deliver the highest quality service to the customer;
  • provide great candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate.
  • draw up clearly a plan with deliverable, timelines and a formal tracking process.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5+ years of people leadership experience in recruiting and/or HR;
  • experience in development/transformations of recruitment function in a company;
  • resource management and workforce planning experience;
  • experience scaling a team through tremendous growth periods;
  • global recruitment experience will be an extra plus;
  • adept at communicating business plans well in writing.

Soft Skills:

  • experience building sourcing plans for multiple client groups;
  • experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationship;
  • demonstrated bias for action;
  • strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement;
  • ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek for new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer;
  • strong analytics with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team.

Hard Skills:

  • knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS, e.g. Workable, BambooHR);
  • excellent understanding of recruitment processes;
  • experience with candidate selection methods;
  • excellent understanding of employer branding strategies;
  • experience with online sourcing techniques;
  • familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
