International IT company MaxLogic is in search of talented Sales Manager!

Required skills

— 2+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably IT outsourcing/outstaffing;

— Excellent English;

— Strong communication and analytical skills;

— Literate speech, ability to persuade and work with objections.

— Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills;

— Deep understanding of web and mobile app development processes;

— Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer’s business;

— Knowledge of platforms like UpWork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.;

— Responsible, well-organized and goal-oriented person;

As a plus

— Experience building sales/marketing team from scratch;

— Experience participating in roadshows, conferences, trips to customers, etc.

— Understanding of Ukrainian and world outsourcing markets and trends;

— Generating new ideas for sales/lead generation channels;

— Communication and negotiations with potential customers, preparing proposals;— Managing the sales cycle, working with leads;

— Playing a key role in the company’s sales activities;
