Customer Support Agent

In connection with the expansion, the company invites a Customer Support Agent with knowledge of spoken English to join the team.

What you need to know/be able to:

• speak English fluently;
• be able to control emotions when working with different types of clients;
• to be ready for constant learning of new information;
• it is possible without work experience, but with good spoken English;
• we will teach you how to work with CRM. It’s very simple;

Will be a plus:

• Experience working in a call center;

What you will do:

• answer customer questions;
• provide background \ brief information to the client, working conditions and promotions of the company, specify when the client can come;
• work with the CRM system;
• NO cold calling;
• WITHOUT sales;

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, five-day, 8 hours/day, 1 hour break.
• two floating days off per week.
