We invite successful and talented marketers to the Brand Manager role.

Essential Competencies of the Role: This list of competencies is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other areas of responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Analyzes the market trends to find opportunities to grow business;
  • Participates in preparing of annual brand plans;
  • Executes annual plan of brand activities;
  • Provides inputs for brand sales planning;
  • Provides inputs for the brand’s product portfolio management: assortment, packaging, pricing;
  • Prepares briefs for advertising, BTL and media agencies;
  • Manages advertising/media/digital agency partners as a part of brand marketing team;
  • Conducts an assessment of marketing activities. Analyzes brand performance data (reports on market share, media information, data on the effectiveness of promotions) in order to assess the effectiveness of actions and make recommendations for further actions;
  • Coordinates brand launch or restage;
  • Coordinates packaging design adaptation;
  • Tracks brand marketing budget;
  • Supports documentation flow.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master Degree in Marketing/ Economics;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing, leading the Lead-brand or Category;
  • Understanding of analytical tools;
  • Budget management background;
  • MS Office — advanced user (PowerPoint, Excel);
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills;
  • Excellent project management skills;
  • Fluent English.
