Areas of Responsibility

Support of variety of IT services on L2 level of support infrastructure level
Manage the team of support engineers
Involve in processes and projects developing

Qualifications

Operations management
Infrastructure services knowledge
Microsoft technologies stack
Good communications skills
Reporting
Team management
English language level — pre-intermediate and higher

Will be an advantage

Management 3.0 and SCRUM practices knowledge
Project management experience
Similar experience in IT operations, support, administration with SLA/KPI objectives
Technical skills background
