International company «AKO Industries» is announcing an opening of Information Technology Specialist in Kulykiv

Main Responsibilities:

• Daily support of users based on tickets;
• Implementing, supporting and providing system administration of computer networks, Domain systems, servers;
• Comply with company data backup, disaster recovery, software licensing, security and authorization policies;
• Digitalization — creating a digital transformation plan;
• IT partners — both HW and service partners (local provider);
• Basic application support;
• First level support;
• IT KPI’s;
• Compliance and acceptance of IT Global rules.

Main Requirements:

• University Degree;
• 2+ years of experience in IT sphere;
• Knowledge of operating systems and HW — pc,mt;
• Printing solutions;
• Fundamentals of MS server OS (windows server);
• Basic knowledge and overview of networks;
• Orientation in AD — user management, policies;
• ERP basics;
• Intermediate+ English;
• Empathy and communicative;
• Customer approach;
• Willingness to learn;
• Office computers' technical support skills: assembly, adjustment, testing of computer equipment, information backup and restore, equipment replacement lifecycle, equipment renovation and modernization;
• Ability to analyze and model information systems;
• Good analytical and well developed communication skills;
• Knowledge of corporate environment.
