Office Manager (Logistics)

CREATIVE COMMUNICATIONS LLC (Business Partner of USA Logistics Companies) is looking for Applicants for Back Office Manager position. We are ready to consider candidates without experience in Logistics but with a great desire to learn and master a new profession.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (Upper-intermediate)
• Basic PC and different applications knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Responsibility and attention to details
• Good customer service

Your main tasks will be:

• Develop and maintain good relationships with clients;
• Looking for options on how to improve customer service for the clients;
• Prompt resolution of the related issues;
• Maintaining documentation

• Working hours: from 15:00 till 00:00 from Monday till Friday;
• Official contract;
• Stable & legal income ($700 per month on probation); After 6 months, your income will be reviewed based on your learning achievement and results;
