Cooperation Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience.
• English level: C1.
• Availability: up to 25 educational session hours per week, depending on student requests and separately agreed orders.
• Morning and evening availability is preferred due to student demand.
• Сooperation is formalised under a fixed-term service agreement for 1 year.

Fee Ranges at Profound The candidate’s fee range depends on credentials, teaching experience, certificates, interview result, trial session, and the type of educational services provided.

Apprentice Fee Range Candidates who need additional training and have an English level of B2+.

• Individual session: 200 UAH
• Duo session: 300 UAH

Main Fee Range 1 Candidates who meet our requirements but do not have international certificates. The result of the interview and a trial session is considered.

• Individual session: 250 UAH
• Duo session: 400 UAH

Main Fee Range 2 Candidates who meet our requirements but do not have international certificates. The result of the interview and a trial session is considered.

• Individual session: 300 UAH
• Duo session: 500 UAH

Main Fee Range 3 Candidates who meet our requirements, have solid teaching experience, and do not have international certificates. The result of the interview and a trial session is considered.

• Individual session: 350 UAH
• Duo session: 600 UAH

Main Fee Range 4 Candidates who meet our requirements, have solid teaching experience, and hold an international English language certificate: IELTS 7.5+, TOEFL 100+, or CAE 185+.

• Individual session: 400 UAH
• Duo session: 700 UAH

Premium Fee Range 1 Candidates must hold a specialised higher education degree or CELTA Pass B/A and have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. In addition, candidates must hold an international English certificate such as IELTS 8.0+, CAE 193+, or TOEFL 109+. Alternatively, candidates may present two valid international certificates simultaneously, for example CAE 185+ and IELTS 7.5+.

• Individual session: 500 UAH
• Duo session: 800 UAH

Premium Fee Range 2 Candidates must hold a specialised higher education degree or CELTA Pass B/A and have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience. In addition, candidates must hold an international English certificate such as IELTS 8.5+, CAE 200+, or TOEFL 114+. Alternatively, candidates may present two valid international certificates simultaneously, for example CAE 193+ and IELTS 8.0+, or TOEFL 109+.

• Individual session: 550 UAH
• Duo session: 900 UAH

Premium Fee Range 3 Candidates must hold a specialised higher education degree or CELTA Pass B/A and have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience. In addition, candidates must hold an international English certificate such as IELTS 8.5+, CAE 200+, or TOEFL 114+. Alternatively, candidates may present three valid international certificates simultaneously, for example CAE 193+, IELTS 8.0+, and TOEFL 109+, and have maintained active cooperation with Profound for at least one year.

• Individual session: 600 UAH
• Duo session: 1000 UAH

Additional Notes

• Profound offers teaching requests based on student demand.
• The final type, format, number, and timing of educational sessions are agreed separately between Profound and the partner teacher.
• Teaching requests may include individual sessions, duo sessions, group sessions, writing feedback, testing, preparation of learning materials, speaking clubs, workshops, or other agreed educational services.
• Before a teaching request is confirmed, the partner teacher may accept it, decline it, or propose alternative terms.
• Fees are paid for actually provided and accepted educational services.

Support for Partner Teachers

• Each partner teacher may receive support from a mentor.
• The mentor may provide methodological feedback, professional development recommendations, guidance on lesson quality, and support with planning the provision of educational services.
• The partner teacher remains independently responsible for delivering the agreed educational services.
• Profound may provide access to materials and platforms useful for lesson delivery, including Oxford Learner’s Bookshelf, National Geographic Learning, Pearson, ESL Brains, Linguahouse, and ENGhub.
• Partner teachers may request a temporary pause in accepting new teaching requests for up to 1 week per season
• Fee ranges may be reviewed every 6 months.
• Fee ranges may also be reviewed after the IELTS (CAE, TOEFL) exam.

Cooperation Benefits Offered by Profound

• If a partner teacher wishes to use platforms such as Miro, Canva, or similar tools for educational service delivery, Profound may compensate 50% of the subscription cost under a separate agreement.
• Profound offers official cooperation and may compensate part of agreed tax-related expenses under a separate arrangement.
• Profound may provide access to methodological courses through Grade Education Centre, including certificates where applicable.
• Profound may offer free IELTS preparation and reimbursement of the IELTS test fee under a separate agreement.
• Profound may offer professional psychological support sessions.
• Profound may provide access to speaking clubs for partner teachers.
• Profound may provide branded merchandise and organise a photoshoot for website presentation purposes.
