Customer support manager (бронювання перевезень)

As a Booking Specialist, you’ll be the person who turns an incoming request into a correctly booked, on-time shipment. You’ll work directly in booking portals and other tools to capture the right shipment details, choose the most suitable carrier at an acceptable price, and make sure every booking is accurate, complete, and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and processing booking requests for transportation services
• Monitoring booking confirmations, schedules, and shipment status
• Coordinating changes, cancellations, and rescheduling of bookings
• Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team when necessary

Competence:

• English — Intermediate, Ukrainian
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing bookings
