Business Analyst

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a BA in IT service, outsource, or outstaff companies
• Proficiency in English (B2 and above) with fluency in Ukrainian or Russian
• Ability to juggle multiple projects (approx. 3−4 simultaneously)
• Strong background in writing documentation (SRS, UC, US)
• Experience in pre-sales activities.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Provide project support
• Collaborate on pre-sale activities with Sales, PM, and Technical teams
• Cooperate with Project Managers and Clients to define project scopes
• Write and maintain project documentation (SRS, UC, US)
• Participate in Scrum activities.
