Affiliate manager (Indian Market)

Your future responsibilities:

• Search for and assist in enrolling new partners into the affiliate program;
• Work with existing partners. Manage their support, and retention, and monitor their activity;
• Interact with affiliate networks and traffic teams. Assist with integration, and monitor traffic quality;
• Participate in conferences, and promote and enhance the appeal of our affiliate program.

What we expect from you:

• You have successful experience working on Indian projects in competitive niches for at least a year;
• Know the main metrics and how to calculate them. Understand what macros are in postbacks;
• Able to communicate and negotiate effectively. Can explain why our affiliate program is better than competitors and why testing should continue;
• Understand which banners to prepare for partners to increase conversion.
