ERP Consultant

Areas of Responsibility

• Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with users to understand their business processes, objectives, and requirements, and analyze how ERP can address their needs.
• Solution Design: Develop and document functional specifications, including system configuration, data migration, and integration requirements, based on user requirements.
• Configuration and Setup: ERP to meet business needs, including setting up a chart of accounts, workflows, approval processes, and security roles.
• User Training: Provide training and support to end-users and clients on ERP functionalities, processes, and best practices.
• Testing and Validation: Plan, execute, and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of ERP solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Change Management: Collaborate with users to manage organizational change associated with ERP implementations, including user adoption and process improvement.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of business processes, solution designs, and user manuals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with technical consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of ERP projects.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with any ERP system.
• Experience with US Market
• Upper intermediate level of English.
• Ability to understand, communicate, and interpret business processes and requirements.
• Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, system design, or related business experience.
• Ability to perform under minimal supervision and perform in changing environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Will be an advantage

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP system.
• Dynamics 365 certifications.
