We are looking for a manager for developing and managing YouTube channels to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Getting to know creators and analyzing the strengths/weaknesses of their channels;
• Handling incoming requests from creators regarding channel optimization;
• Working out channel development strategies, finding and testing new approaches to assisting influencers;
• Assessing YouTube channels with providing subsequent consultation to creators on the growth and development of their channels;
• Managing creators' YouTube channels or B2B clients from start to finish;
• Managing corporate YouTube channels;
• Submitting reports related to services provided;
• Giving educational webinars for creators;
• Collaborating with other departments of the company within the creator channel development strategy.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in the YouTube industry;
• Fluent written and spoken English (required!);
• Fluent Ukrainian and Russian;
• Understanding of YouTube operation principles, experience with YouTube Analytics;
• Analytical mindset, experience in working with large amounts of data;
• Experience in using Google products (Sheets, Docs, Slides);
• Ability to analyze and visualize information;
• Ability to communicate with people. Articulating thoughts in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct way;
• Ability to substantiate with numbers and convince the interlocutor;
• Openness and positive attitude;
• High interest in working with online video and digital influencers;
• Organization and time management skills;
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.

We will view the following as a bonus:

• Managing/or having prior experience in managing channels on YouTube or TikTok;
• Being a certified YouTube specialist;
• Having other Google product certificates;
