Lead Generation Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our expanding team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing potential leads, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Fully remote position: communication through e-mail, Teams and Telegram. We welcome international specialists.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels (social media, online forums, industry publications, networking events, etc.).
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to expand our customer base and increase sales opportunities.
  • Identify sales opportunities, customers pains and potential solutions.
  • Qualify leads through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts and streamline the lead nurturing process.
  • Create and maintain database to track and manage lead data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on the ICP/Buyer persona profiles.
  • Analyze lead generation metrics and improve lead gen process.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation/sales or related activities.
  • Comfortable level of oral and written English to effectively communicate with leads
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships.
  • Proficiency in lead management tools.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
