Role Definition:

We have a complex cloud solution targeted to ensure safe and secure data transfer between the users.

This Cloud solution acts as a portal for the aggregated information and data storage. It allows data transfer to be safe and with the adherence to the IT security and data protection rules.

The key task of the Support Specialist is to provide the users of the Portal (German-speakers) an overwhelming functional support. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate actions.

Responsibilities:

Basic users' support (company partners and external customers):

  • Handle users' request related to the system breakdowns
  • Work out users' tickets using out ticket system
  • Delegate complicated requests to the L-2 supporting team, track tickets execution statuses
  • Instruct users on the functions of the Portal
  • Present the Portal functional features for the clients / users
  • Sustain user manuals and knowledge bases
  • Participate in the Portal upgrade. Help with primary test cases
  • Create users' instructions
  • Update databases with Instructions and manuals (languages: German, sometimes English), keeping existing methodological fund up-to-date

Qualifications:

  • Higher education, languages, IT (as a plus)
  • Very good level of German (C1-C2),
  • Upper-Intermediate English (B1-B2)
  • Experience with business correspondence
  • Very good communication skills
  • Experience in customer support is a big plus
  • Ability to study fast
  • Attentive to details
  • Client-oriented, polite, loyal
  • Multitasking and flexibility to timely react to various assignments
