USA Truck Drivers Recruiter

We’re looking for an experienced CDL-A Driver Recruiter who knows how to source, qualify, and hire professional truck drivers for the U.S. market.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit and hire qualified CDL-A truck drivers for the U.S. market.
• Manage the full recruiting process, from initial contact through onboarding.
• Build relationships with prospective drivers and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
• Screen applicants and evaluate their qualifications, work history, and experience.
• Conduct interviews and present qualified candidates to the operations team.
• Ensure all driver qualification requirements and compliance checks are completed accurately and on time.
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets while maintaining high recruitment standards.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update the recruiting system throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with the team to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment results.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Proven experience recruiting CDL-A truck drivers for U.S. trucking companies.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Solid understanding of the U.S. trucking industry and driver recruitment processes.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Knowledge of FMCSA driver qualification requirements.
• Experience with driver qualification and compliance checks, including:
  • Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP).
  • FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.
  • Employment verification.
  • Driver Qualification (DQ) File documentation.
  • Other required pre-employment compliance checks.
• Ability to assess driver qualifications and make informed hiring recommendations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to maintain an active candidate pipeline.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven approach to work.

Preferred

• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Tenstreet, or other recruiting software.
• Experience sourcing candidates through Facebook, Indeed, Driver Pulse, Craigslist, and other recruitment platforms.
• Familiarity with U.S. trucking recruitment metrics and driver retention.
