Sales Agent Assistant (Carshipping, USA Market)

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Wednesday: 10:00 PM — 6:00 AM (Kyiv time) Alternatively, if preferred: 11:00 PM — 7:00 AM (Kyiv time)
• Thursday-Friday: Days off
• Saturday-Sunday: 3:15 PM — 12:00 AM (Kyiv time)

Employment: Independent Contractor Agreement

Salary: Performance-based. The guaranteed minimum is $4/hour ($704/month) + bonuses. On average, team members earn $900-$1,100 per month.

Employment:

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Ability to set up a fully functional remote workspace, including a modern computer, high-speed internet connection, a headset, and a webcam

Important: We give preference to candidates who have a backup power source and reliable backup internet access in case of power outages.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers and drivers across the United States
• Organize and coordinate vehicle transportation throughout the U.S.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers and provide complete logistics support
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle pickups and deliveries, monitor deadlines, and provide estimated delivery times, quotes, and other transportation-related information
• Respond promptly, professionally, and courteously to customer inquiries via phone and email
