Про вакансію

Вимоги:

Upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher in English or Spanish, with strong writing and speaking skills.
Confident PC user with proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office, email clients, internet tools).
Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and high stress tolerance.
Work experience in a similar position.

Work schedule: 16.00 — 24.00; 00:00 — 08:00;

Обов’язки:

Provide assistance in logbook monitoring;
Communicate with drivers in English, Spanish, and Russian via phone and chat.;
Review and validate logbook entries for accuracy and completeness;
Assist drivers in preventing errors and DOT Hours of Service violations.;
Provide information and technical support as needed.
