About Position

As our Drivers' Recruiter, you’ll be the one to find, verify, and hire drivers to keep our trucks on the road. We’re growing out fleet across the US and need someone communicative and enthusiastic to grow as professional Recruiter with us!

Every hire you make directly affects whether our freight gets delivered on time, and our operations stay on track.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience on the relevant position (Recruiter, HR Manager, Customer Support or any human-related positions);

• Excellent verbal and written English skills (Upper-Intermediate level);

• Advanced communication and negotiation skills;

• Desire to work and develop within HR Department;

• Any experience in the US transportation company would be a plus.

Essential Functions:

Own the full hiring cycle — from posting jobs on the right platforms to closing the right candidate:

• Source candidates proactively — initiative communication with former and current drivers to widen the candidates' pool;

• Screen and interview candidates by phone, quickly assessing fit for the role, availability, and motivation;

• Run background and compliance checks — MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse;

• Collect and verify all required driver documents, making sure nothing is missing before onboarding starts;

• Keep the ATS and candidate data accurate and up-to-date — your records are what the team relies on to make decisions.

• Fixed salary paid in USD with taxes covered ($1000 flat rate + hiring bonuses);

• Full time paid practical training from scratch with onboarding support from the team;

Work conditions:

• Office work at the Kyiv city center. Remote isn’t considered;

• Afternoon schedule: 16:00 — 01:00 (with 1 hour for relocation).
