About the Position: Recruiter (Owner Operators — Sprinter Vans)

Location in Kyiv: business center ‘CityZen', metro station Vasylkivska

Location in Dnipro: business center 'Arena', near Dnipro Arena

Type: Full-time

Shift: 15:00 — 01:00 (8 hrs in-office, 2 hrs remote)

We are currently seeking a talented and highly motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for interviewing, engaging, and onboarding Van Drivers across the United States.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Review and process applications from Owner Operators received via job boards, social media, and referral channels

• Conduct interviews and perform background checks

• Ensure all documentation meets company standards and accurately input new hires into our CRM system

• Maintain ongoing communication with new hires to ensure satisfaction and strong performance

• Generate weekly and monthly reports to track recruitment metrics and performance

🧩 Requirements:

• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2)

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills
