Lappa is looking for a Sales/Support Manager (no experience required)!

About the Role:

This is a full-time remote opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing sales team. As a Sales/Support Manager, you will:

• Identify, prospect, and convert new clients across B2C, B2B, and SaaS markets.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients.
• Analyze sales data and stay informed of industry trends to ensure Lovat remains competitive.

Working Hours: The work schedule is shifted from 10:00 to 19:00 EEST.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A passion for learning and a willingness to grow
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus points:

• Experience in sales or a related field (a plus, not mandatory)
• Fluency in Italian, French, or German (a valuable asset)

Monthly Base Salary:

• First Month: 700 EUR gross
• Third Month: 700 EUR + 100−150 EUR (depending on results may be discussed)
