📌 Who we’re looking for:

• A confident communicator, both verbally and in writing;
• 1+ year of experience in sales (B2B or B2C) — preferred but not required;
• A persuasive communicator who asks the right questions, listens, and closes deals;
• Familiar with sales techniques and knows how to build trust;
• Not afraid of cold outreach and knows how to spark interest;
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline;
• Goal-oriented, but also a strong team player;
• Open to learning and continuous development;
• Experience with pharmacies, retail chains, e-commerce, or FMCG is a plus.

📌 What you’ll do:

• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients;
• Handle incoming B2B inquiries;
• Attract new B2B clients via cold calls, emails, and messenger outreach;
• Advise clients on our product assortment;
• Close deals and provide client support throughout the process;
• Increase average order value and encourage repeat purchases (LTV);
• Ensure orders and deliveries are completed on time;
• Achieve your personal sales targets and KPIs.
