    Requirements

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level); (Spanish/ German/Polish would be a plus)
    • Previous experience in sales is a plus, but not required. We provide training to help you become a professional quickly
    • Сustomer-oriented mindset with good client communication skills
    • A team player who learns fast and is open to feedback (full support from our Team Lead provided)
    • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
    • Strong motivation to learn, grow, and improve professionally

    Main Duties

    • Representing the company and managing orders from B2B customers
    • Communicating with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels
    • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs
    • Identifying customer requirements and providing appropriate solutions
    • Collecting customer feedback and reporting insights and results to management
