NOC Engineer

Rovex Telecom was incorporated in 2003, since inception we have quickly established cooperation with over 700 voice operators spanning the globe. We partner with Tier 1, Tier 2, Wholesale and direct SIM / TDM operators in Africa, Asia, Europe, CIS, Latin America and Middle East.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Network infrastructure and business process analysis, technical and business requirements gathering
• Analyzing and monitoring the infrastructure for availability and performance
• Configuration of line paths or routing and proper operation within the existing processes and infrastructure
measuring
• Identifying and isolating errors, initiating and supporting remedial actions
• Close work with the sales team to support sales activities for a diverse array of international customers.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS::

• Higher education degree (technical)
• At least 2 years experience in Telecom/IT industry
• Knowledge of infrastructure and business processes of telecom service providers
• Deep understanding of same or all of the following networks technologies (VoIP, SMPP, Asterisk).
