Client Relations Manager

We are expanding the team and looking for a Client Relations Manager who can effectively communicate with our English-speaking clients in Asia and Africa and support them at every stage of cooperation.

Who we are looking for: The ideal candidate should be able to build rapport with clients, be responsible, and capable of handling large volumes of information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct negotiations with potential and existing international partners

• Actively expand the client base

• Provide consultations to clients regarding employment opportunities in EU countries, support them throughout all stages of collaboration

• Maintain and regularly update the client database in the CRM system

Requirements:

• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service is definitely a plus (call centers, sales, or hospitality will be an advantage). We are open to candidates with no experience but a strong desire to learn

• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

• Excellent communication skills, ability to learn and adapt

• Multitasking skills and stress resilience
