About the Project & Company

DiVetro is a fast-growing company specializing in the premium segment of interior and exterior solutions (doors, windows, and glass structures) for the U.S. market. We are currently launching a new division and expanding our horizons!

This is an ambitious project where we deal with high-ticket sales and cater to clients who demand exceptional quality and elite service. Due to this expansion, we are looking for a proactive Sales Manager ready to join our team and grow alongside the business.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Languages: Fluent English — B2 level or higher (Mandatory).
  • Experience: 1+ years in sales or customer service within English-speaking companies. We value strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Technical Requirements: Stable high-speed internet (50+ Mbps), a PC running Windows 11 (FHD resolution), a high-quality microphone, and a reliable power backup solution (UPS/generator) to ensure uninterrupted work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Processing inbound B2C inquiries (calls, emails) and managing the B2B database to drive growth in the wholesale segment.
  • Full Sales Cycle: Managing the process from initial quote preparation to final delivery.
  • Result-Oriented Performance: Increasing sales volume and average order value within the premium niche.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintaining CRM records in strict accordance with company standards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Expertise in handling objections and building long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in professional business correspondence and product presentation.
  • High level of self-discipline and the ability to multitask in a remote environment.
  • Experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
