Our client, an Austria-based market leader in the sale, rental and service of mini and compact construction equipment known in the European markets for speed, large spare parts inventory and high product availability, is looking for

Freelance Sale Representative (B2B)

Lviv, Western Ukraine

The role of the Sales Representative is to identify, approach and develop potential customers — primarily construction equipment dealers, exclusively B2B.

Candidate profile:

  • Experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery or related B2B sales preferred
  • Proven track record in field sales / business development
  • Self-employed working style; able to work autonomously
  • English language skills (for reporting and coordination with the Austrian team, although there are colleagues with Ukrainian language skills)
  • Mobility in Western Ukraine
  • Based in or operating from the Lviv / Western Ukraine region preferred

We offer:

  • Fixed monthly retainer plus performance-based commission on sales; variable expenses to be discussed
  • Exclusivity is not granted at the outset; however, the company is open to discussing territorial exclusivity upon demonstrated success
  • Immediate availability of new and used Japanese excavators from the warehouse
  • Full product, brand and service support from the experienced team
  • Onboarding training at the company premises in Austria for candidates willing and able to travel
