We are an established international online retailer specializing in spare parts for combine harvesters, with over a decade of experience serving customers in more than 100 countries.

  • As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a personable and communicative professional to manage and respond to incoming client inquiries. This role focuses exclusively on engaging with existing clients no cold outreach or unsolicited sales activities are required.

Key functions and duties include:

  • handling enquiries about products and related questions
  • communicating with customers by telephone, e-mail or chat
  • order processing and logistics
  • issuing commercial documents
  • working with content, product catalog, translation

Required skills:

  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multitask, flexibility
  • fluency in English (at least Upper-Intermediate, B2)
  • fluency in other language will be an advantage (German, French, Spanish or Polish)
  • advanced PC and Internet user
