    Опис вакансії

    We are looking for an experienced L&D Manager who will take ownership of the learning and development function within our logistics operations.

    This role is not about running training only — it’s aboutbuilding, improving, and scaling a learning system that directly impacts team performance, operational efficiency, and business results.

    We already have a foundation in place, and we’re looking for someone who can elevate it to the next level.

    What You’ll Be Responsible For:

    • Own and drive the L&D function for dispatch and customer support teams
    • Improve and systematize existing training processes, making them scalable and measurable
    • Design and implement end-to-end learning solutions (onboarding, upskilling, continuous development)
    • Align learning initiatives withbusiness goals and operational KPIs
    • Expand training practices tonew roles and departments over time
    • Develop and maintain high-quality learning content (SOPs, playbooks, scripts, video training, knowledge base)
    • Implement and manage performance-based learning approaches (assessments, certifications, post-training tracking)
    • Build and supportIndividual Development Plans (IDPs)
    • Partner with team leads and managers to identify skill gaps and development needs
    • Analyze team performance and translate insights into actionable learning initiatives
    • Ensure measurable impact of training onteam performance and quality metrics

    LMS & Learning Infrastructure (AcademyOcean):

    • Own and develop the AcademyOcean learning platform
    • Structure and optimize learning journeys for different roles
    • Manage access, roles, and learning paths
    • Track progress, engagement, and learning effectiveness
    • Build reporting and analytics to support decision-making
    • Continuously improve user experience and learning adoption

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development / Training roles
    • Proven experience in logistics companies (must-have)
    • Hands-on experience working withdispatch and support team training
    • Strong understanding oflogistics operations and workflows
    • Experience in building or significantly improving L&D systems
    • Ability to connect learning initiatives with business outcomes and KPIs
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Experience with LMS platforms (AcademyOcean or similar)
    • Data-driven mindset and ability to measure training effectiveness
    • English — Intermediate+ (confident enough to create training materials and collaborate with an international team)
