Shipping Freight Company is pleased to invite a motivated and result?oriented Client Relations / Sales Manager (Sea Freight) to join our international team.

We are a modern logistics company specializing in Sea Freight services (import, export, and transit shipments). With over 19 years of experience, we deliver high?quality logistics solutions to clients across multiple business sectors. Our legal presence and offices are located in the Netherlands, Spain, the USA, and Ukraine.

Key Requirements:

  • Basic hands-on experience in Sea Freight operations (ocean container shipping)
  • Strong experience in logistics sales (working with warm leads and incoming requests; no cold sales)
  • Good understanding of sea freight processes, pricing, routes, and documentation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage client interaction throughout all stages of transportation
  • Fast response and solution-oriented approach to client inquiries
  • English proficiency at B2-C1 level

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Actively process incoming client requests and expand the client portfolio
  • Provide full client support throughout the shipment lifecycle — from rate requests to final delivery
  • Conduct commercial negotiations and close agreements
  • Advise clients on the company’s Sea Freight services and solutions
  • Work with professional CRM and TMS systems (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high service quality

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00−18:00
