Company: Beleaev, premium delicacies (caviar, truffles, seafood). London, UK.
Format: Fully remote. Open to candidates in Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Portugal, South Africa, or the Philippines (timezone compatible with UK working hours).
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UK time (GMT/BST)
Language: Fluent English (required)
About the Role: You will drive revenue for Beleaev by finding new B2B clients (restaurants, hotels, retailers, private clubs, distributors), converting B2C inbound enquiries from the website, and growing repeat sales from the existing client base. You own the full sales cycle from first contact to closed order.
Responsibilities:
Cold outreach to new B2B prospects via email, LinkedIn, phone, and WhatsApp Respond to website enquiries and Shopify chats within 1 hour during working hours Work with the existing client base: reorder reminders, seasonal offers, upsell, winback Arrange product samples and tastings Negotiate and close first orders Keep CRM clean and up to date
Requirements Must Have:
Fluent English (C1/C2), written and spoken Availability 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UK time, with stable internet 2+ years of sales experience in food, FMCG, luxury, hospitality, or premium e-commerce Proven closing record with numbers in your CV Both outbound and inbound sales experience Comfortable on the phone with senior buyers Upselling skills
Nice to Have: Experience with Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator Familiarity with Shopify and Odoo Russian language skills
