Software Engineer (Voice AI & Automation)

We’re looking for a hands-on specialist to build AI voice bots and manage client campaigns. This role combines AI prompt design, automation logic, and campaign operations.

Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize AI voice bots (scripts, prompts, dialogue flows)
• Set up and launch client campaigns
• Monitor performance and improve results (KPIs)

• Analyze calls and adjust bot behavior
• Manage campaign setup (call lists, scheduling, dialers)
• Work with clients and internal teams on integrations

Requirements:

• Experience with AI tools / prompt engineering
• Technical mindset (APIs, automation, no-code tools)
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks

Nice to Have:

• Experience building voice agents (e.g. ElevenLabs, Vapi, Bland, Retell, or custom solutions)
• Familiarity with telephony platforms (e.g. Twilio, Aircall)
• Background in customer service automation or outbound sales
• Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g. Python, Zapier, Make)
• Arabic language proficiency (preferred, professional level)
