Corporate Lawyer

We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join our team and play a key role in supporting business operations in a fast-growing and dynamic company.

This role is perfect for a proactive professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can balance legal risks with business needs, and delivers practical, solution-oriented advice.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal support to help achieve the company’s business objectives
• Review, draft, and negotiate corporate contracts, leases, purchase and sale agreements, and other commercial documents
• Advise on a wide range of legal matters related to business operations
• Improve and maintain standard agreements, legal processes, and internal policies
• Support contract management and ensure legal documentation is aligned with business needs
• Advise the compliance team on regulatory matters
• Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders across the company
• Work closely with and report directly to the Chief Legal Officer

Requirements:

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks and deliver high-quality legal advice on time
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to analyze complex laws and regulations and translate them into clear, business-oriented recommendations
• Ability to develop practical solutions to mitigate legal risks while supporting business goals
• Experience handling confidential information
• Strong knowledge of civil, commercial, corporate, intellectual property, and tax law
• Experience working with foreign economic (FEA) contracts and international counterparties
• 2−5 years of relevant professional experience
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher

• Experience working in international companies or group structures
