- Marketing Specialist (Recruiting Now): Executes our email campaigns, automated CRM funnels, and ad placement.
- Fulfillment Specialist in Riga (Recruiting Now): Manages physical warehousing, shipping speed, and stock order accuracy.

5. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- System Coordination: Keep our remote team (Berlin, Riga, Miami, Kyiv) and outsourced agencies (marketing, photo/video production) aligned and strictly accountable to deadlines.
- E-Commerce Operations: Supervise Shopify’s operational health, coordinate developers, manage discount configurations, and track conversion metrics.
- Global Logistics Flow: Ensure inventory moves seamlessly from China production hubs to our warehouses in Riga and Miami, matching stock levels to active marketing campaigns.
- Administrative Overwatch: Partner with our incoming Financial Guardian to coordinate document routing to our Berlin tax advisors (Lexoffice/DATEV) and monitor compliance for our Berlin retail flagship store.
