Dispatcher / Customer Service Manager (Remote)

Globus Cleaning Services is looking for a reliable Dispatcher / Customer Service Manager to join our growing team.

📍 Remote Position

🕒 Schedule (Los Angeles Time / PST):

  • Shift 1: 7:00 AM — 2:00 PM
  • Shift 2: 2:00 PM — 9:00/10:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming leads from Yelp, Thumbtack, Google, and other platforms
  • Fast response to new leads (within minutes whenever possible)
  • Call potential customers through our virtual phone number and convert leads into bookings
  • Schedule and coordinate cleaning appointments
  • Communicate with cleaners throughout the day
  • Collect before-and-after photos from cleaning teams
  • Follow up with customers after service
  • Monitor payments and customer satisfaction
  • Handle scheduling changes, cancellations, and urgent situations
  • Maintain detailed daily reports

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong sales and customer service experience
  • Ability to quickly respond to leads and customer inquiries
  • Comfortable making outbound calls using a virtual phone system
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Fast response time and strong attention to detail
  • Experience with lead conversion, dispatching, appointment scheduling, Yelp, Thumbtack, or similar platforms is preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and computer
  • Ability to work during Los Angeles business hours
