Опис вакансії

To meet our strong international and developing export strategy FMCG is looking for EXPORT SALES DIRECTOR.

This Top Management-level, full-time role will report to the GM and is located in Kiev, Ukraine.

Priorities:

  • Enhance sales productivity in CIS, MENA, Caucasus, Asia and North & South America.
  • Developing new clients & new markets

Management responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong profitable growth of export sales
  • Lead cross- order operations with full P&L responsibility for export business
  • Lead, grow and retain a team of 15 + Sales Professionals, develop and drive performance of a team
  • Expansion new markets, attracting new clients to boost export sales
  • Participation in international exhibitions with the aim of creating and developing a new client base

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in business, economics, math At least 5+ years of successful management role in export sales (experience in the food industry is a plus)
  • Proven track record of delivering strong profitable growth
  • Ability to think out of the box, capability to empower people to make the right commercial decisions
  • Fluent in English
