Dispatcher (US)

Вимоги:

• Good spoken and written English
• Understanding of the U.S. trucking market
• Good communication skills with drivers and brokers
• Experience with dispatching trucks is a must
• Knowledge of reefer freight is a plus
• Good computer skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented

• Dispatch semi trucks and reefer trailers across the U.S.
• Book loads and negotiate rates with brokers
• Communicate professionally with drivers, brokers, shippers, and receivers
• Provide timely load tracking, check calls, and updates
• Monitor pickups, deliveries, appointments, delays, and route changes
• Maintain good communication with drivers throughout each trip
• Control load status and make sure all updates are sent on time
• Use load boards, email, phone, and dispatch software
