Junior Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

Requirements:

• Spoken and written English and Ukrainian — B2 level or higher.
• Basic understanding of Affiliate Marketing concepts, terminology, and industry practices.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Well-organized with good time management skills.
• Responsible, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in affiliate marketing is not required — we welcome motivated candidates who are excited to start a career in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract new affiliate partners through social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Telegram, and other online channels.
• Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
• Negotiate partnership terms and support affiliates throughout the cooperation process.
• Monitor affiliate performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and successful partnership management.
• Work towards achieving individual and team KPIs.
• Stay informed about affiliate marketing trends, competitors, and new partnership opportunities.
